Hi, I’m Jennifer, and I can help.

I provide support for adults to address anxiety, stress, and trauma using individual online therapy sessions to help them unpack how their experiences have led them to this point and continue to maintain their challenges, learn skills to better navigate life’s stressors, build their self-confidence, set healthy boundaries for themselves and with the people in their lives, move past past traumatic experiences, and develop more authentic, satisfying lives. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling more connected to themselves and others because they can express their wants, needs, and set boundaries, capable of handling anything life throws at them, and with a better sense of direction.
